After 15+ years each in B2B SaaS and leading SE teams, we (Jan & Tim) constantly searched for a space to discuss our real challenges with peers. A place without sales pitches, focused purely on leadership topics like scaling, enablement, and operations. We never found it, so we created it. This event is that space.
